Due to ever-increasing regulatory issues, SEM-COM ceased manufacturing lead based glasses on January 1, 2008. We have, however, developed a new line of non-lead glasses  as replacements. Depending on the specific application, the new glasses will perform similiar to the old lead glasses under nearly the same processing conditions. These glasses are shown in blue in our glass catalog.
